01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "spribe" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at spribe.cam, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account with spribe and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on spribe, including the associated PKR balance, transaction history, and game activity.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their spribe account using an approved PKR payment method and available for wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by spribe, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before a bonus balance or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank, as the currently supported PKR deposit and withdrawal channels on spribe.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using spribe's services is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by spribe as required by its international gaming licence.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of spribe is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is a mandatory condition of spribe's international gaming licence. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a valid spribe account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name, which will serve as your primary login identifier.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all registration fields — including your full legal name, date of birth, and any other details required during the KYC process.
• Not be a resident of or accessing spribe from a Prohibited Territory.
• Not be self-excluded from spribe or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Not be a current employee, director, or contractor of spribe or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of the foregoing.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered spribe account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spribe employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account creation. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided.

03 Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spribe login credentials — including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your device. spribe will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. You must notify spribe immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it through the account settings or by contacting spribe support before the old number is deactivated. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in identity verification or withdrawal processing.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your spribe account at any time by contacting spribe's 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect spribe's right to retain transaction records as required by its licensing and regulatory obligations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

spribe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved PKR payment methods:

4.2 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must be made using a payment account (JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account) registered in your own legal name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Deposits received from third-party payment sources will be returned to the originating account, any associated gameplay will be voided, and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from spribe are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed the KYC age verification process; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the relevant bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in your own name that matches your spribe account registration details; (d) spribe reserves the right to request additional identity documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by its licensing authority.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on spribe are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). spribe does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals. Players' gaming balances are maintained exclusively in PKR.

05 Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on spribe — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms. Game outcomes are not controlled or manipulated by spribe. The return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is certified by the originating software provider and is displayed within the game interface.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round — including server errors, disconnection, or software failures — spribe reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed winning amount, the correct winning amount as determined by spribe's game logs shall apply. spribe's decision in such matters is final.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on spribe has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. These limits are set by the game provider and may vary by game title and by player account level. spribe reserves the right to apply additional stake restrictions to specific accounts where fraud, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns are suspected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by spribe are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Wagers are typically drawn from the Real Money Balance first.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute a lower percentage; crash games vary by promotion.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are voided automatically.
• spribe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players where practicable.

07 Sports Betting Rules

spribe's sports betting section — covering PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, and 30+ other sports — is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by spribe, odds cannot be changed to the Player's detriment, except where spribe exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• spribe reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any market at any time, including where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play betting (live betting during matches) is subject to network latency, and bets placed after a material event (such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored) may be voided at spribe's discretion if the odds at which the bet was accepted did not reflect the event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market as displayed within the sportsbook interface. Where a single bet or accumulator win exceeds the published maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the published maximum.
• PSL and Pakistan cricket markets may have specific rules regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and player injuries that are published separately in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

spribe is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. As a condition of its international gaming licence, spribe provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this period, login and deposit functionality is disabled.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spribe and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or against the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or game glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using spribe as a pass-through mechanism for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing spribe from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward spribe staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses or other first-time registration offers more than once.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the spribe platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, and the spribe brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of spribe or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the spribe platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any spribe content without the prior written consent of spribe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spribe's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: interruption of service; loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction; decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the platform; or loss or corruption of account data.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

spribe processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with spribe, you consent to the collection, processing, and retention of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. spribe collects and processes personal data for the purposes of: account administration; KYC and age verification; transaction processing; fraud prevention; responsible gaming compliance; and regulatory reporting to spribe's licensing authority.

spribe does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data is shared only with: payment processing partners necessary to complete transactions; identity verification service providers; spribe's licensing authority as required by law; and law enforcement agencies where required by a valid legal process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

spribe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or by a notice displayed upon next login to the platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the spribe platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which spribe's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising between you and spribe in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to game outcomes, withdrawal decisions, or account closure — shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:

Formal complaints will receive a written response within 14 business days.
